Trevor and his brother came on time. They were very polite and informative. The service call was for Spring maintenance but they also diagnosed why our Heat Pump was having a hard time heating the house this past winter. They tried their best to remedy the malfunctioning relay switch but ultimately recommended it be replaced. The Spring tune up is a very good value. Now I can feel that the unit is blowing more air and seems to be functioning better.
Trevor totally came to the rescue! It was 83 degrees in my house (after it cooled down due to it being late) and my son and I were roasting! He got here within the time frame we discussed and it only took him about an hour to fix two separate issues. He just left and I can already feel the cool air blowing! Solufix was contacted on Saturday and was able to repair my system on Monday...for a very reasonable price. Very responsive and very professional work in repairing my heat pump. I would recommend to anyone.
Replaced leaky coil, cleaned dryer vent. Was on time, prepared, & personable. Called before hand to inquire of any other needs and to update on plans. Prices were a lot less than the company I had been using for over 20 years.
